ig vs chaos. Non-stop killing action to t3!

playing with my mate nomad.
his ig gets better every time i play him (still hasn't beaten me yet though happy.gif)
in this one, i panicked a little bit when i saw fully decked out ig t3, but once again, chaos prevails >.>

watch to see horror vs hell hound action.
it shows quite nicely how HH have been buffed.

(in retrospect i should have saved them all up, but i needed to stop them from roastingmy army alive ad hoc)

Yea well... you might want to consider putting a hell talon or two up against hell hounds... they're both from hell u0udiablo.gif ...although he didn't bring any heavy weapons teams and he didn't build turrets so I'm not quite sure if it fully solves your hell hound problem considering there is no way to bind them in one place( no emp nades, no curse of the machine spirit, no tank zappa etc...)

edit: since I don't play ig I can't rly say anything how to beat chaos, but I've seen sometimes they mass 4-5 hell hounds before they unleash them so @nomadz = you might want to consider taking that strategy so he won't have much time to retaliate when you burn down his troops. Also he almost lost his raptor squad in the beginning so you might have wanted to take the time and try to kill some buildings in his base. Your base has the upper hand when it comes to defending it. Also I noticed that you had too few guardsmen. If you consider fast hell hounding might be better to reserve the tactica control for later since the only thing he can infiltrate are cultists in t2. When you hit t3 don't forget that you have a sniper! And on the av you might want to consider some sentinels. Thats all I can think of for now.

and no, i never put the possessed on ranged stance, thats just the crap unit ai =(

i think its because they were rammed. note that they went back to melee when i asked them to kill the poor gm squad happy.gif
