Just recently,
EA released a
Battlefield Bad Company 2 fact-sheet. Coincidentally it contains many facts about the much anticipated title
Battlefield Bad Company 2. Even though the fact-sheet contains many detailed facts, some of the key facts include:
- 8 Huge Multiplayer Maps. Each with a different tactical and game-play focus set across a wide-variety of environments.
- Ultimate Online Vehicle Warfare! 15 land, sea and air vehicles, each with an individual tactical advantage during play. Race into action with the ATV or rain death from above in the UH-60 transport helicopter with its 2 side-mounted rail guns.
- All-new Squad Game-play. Team up with 3 other players and fight together to unlock special awards and achievements in 2 squad-specific game modes.
- Destruction 2.0. Take down entire buildings, create fire-points in cover or blow it up entirely! In Battlefield Bad Company 2 there will be no place to hide!
- 'Play It Your Way' Experiment and refine your ideal combat style with 4 character classes (medic, assault, recon and engineer), with 15000+ kit variations, 46 weapons (200 different customization opportunities), 15 gadgets and 13 character specializations.
- Awards and Achievements, combat efficiency and performance is rewarded with special awards such as pins, stars and insignias which contribute to unlocking 50 ranks.

With March 7 months away fans will have to keep themselves occupied with titles such as
Battlefield 2 and
Battlefield 2142. Although fans do have many new features to look forward to, more destructible terrain than ever before, new 8 player game modes, 46 different weapons just to name a few.
The new
Frostbite 2.0 Engine is what allows for highly destructible environments. Buildings, trees, and even the very ground you walk on can all be destroyed with
Frostbite 2.0. For those who haven't played
