I would say that stuff like dwarf v dwarf usually isnt decided by host but by macro and strats/builds.

Outside of mirrors perhaps goblin v mordor isnt THAT MUCH host dependant(although having host helps of course) ...

But ye, host always helps but if I was to play mordor vs isen I would pick mordor even if that meant to be offhost and same thing with gobs I suppose.

Isen v dwarves is obnoxious enough disregarding the host and when you get to play that shit offhost you can get somewhat discouraged.
