yea it was close, but NO BUY COMPOSITE ARMOR WITH HTL AND ADVANCE TRAINING? How are you even expert? Scots will train you np.
Advanced training is good to buy vs gla, I almost always do it. Composite is okish but since u can spamm only paladins, it just gives a +20% boost.
HTL is not very good vs gla, cause rockvees, paladins and md's wouldn't have the best range, so you would loose more paladins against scorps. Altough it can be an option to avoid loosing the strat center against TT.
20% is a lot, and you are forgeting that advance training chevs give extra armor as they level up too. a level three is 40% more armor. Combine that with composite and HTL, and the pala wont die from anything.

I think Squaak's decision to go S&D is better than HTL. I doubt units have better armor with HTL. Tooltip is wrong more than half of the time btw. S&D is USA's pride. That's the reason why USA is OP late game. Composite is ok. But i rather would go burton or rockvee instead. Composite makes sense once you have about 6 tanks or more in most cases.
