if gla brought jarmen kell the game would have ended very early! that's a huge mistake!
I don't remember him building a Palace, it's risky to tech up against Infantry in such a small map, and the game was rather about counter attacks.
he had both oils very early which is good! could've gotten the palace very easily, but he focused on building many tunnels here and there instead. which is good, but the money was there for the palace!
He was under an aggressive early Attack Outposts pressure, which means if he built the Palace his opponent may notice and roll over his main base destroying the Palace in the process, and if he risked building it in the suburb he may lose his main base and the main Supply Dock, meaning an opportunity for the Infantry player to build an Airfield (one MiG kills a Jarmen Kell with no veterancy, especially with the Outposts' somewhat large stealth detection range), or to secure the abandoned Supply Dock with Fortified Bunkers, or to assemble large enough force to raze down the suburb with the assistance of Dragon Tanks.
