GameReplays.org is proud to announce next tournament for Tiberium Wars. The tournament is Sponsored by Electronic Arts with merchandise prizes and it will be held at 10th of October.

It is your responsibility to make sure you show up at the correct time and you will not be reminded individually by our staff or referees! The entire tournament will be finished within an estimated 3-4 hours so please plan your time accordingly!

Number of players
32 players. First come, first serve. If 64 players are reached then we will add a fourth round.

Format
The tournament will be Best-of-One single elimination, Semi-Finals, Finals and the third place match will be played as Best-of-Three.

Maps
Predetermined, dependent on round number. See below.

Seeding
Seeding will be done through random assignment after registration once all 32 or 64 players have signed up. Brackets will be released a day before the tournament. Once the brackets are posted seeding is considered final, excluding updates for alternate players.

The Rules

GamePlay
No special rules gameplay wise. All strategies allowed, including all-in rushes and camping.

Factions
All factions allowed - excluding Random.

Match Result Reporting
After the winner of the match have been determined it is the winners responsibility to report the victory to a referee and post in the specified results thread. Additionally please save your replays in case there is a result dispute! Once there are four players remaining, matches will be refereed and the replays automatically saved.

Out-of-Sync (OOS) Errors
If an OOS error occures, the following policy will be followed - You must save for game in the case of an OOS. A tournament staff member will review this replay. If there is a clear winner, that player will advance. If not, the match will have to be replayed. Keep in mind that the staff member's decision will be 100% final and non-negotiable. Your eligibility for future tournament may be hindered by conflict. Repeated OOS errors in relation to a particular player may indicate abuse. Should this occur, the player in question may be disqualified and banned from future tournaments.

Cheating/DCing/Dispute Resolution
Reports and issues will be resolved by the tournament manager and the referees. Cheating and intentional DCing will result in removal from the tournament and a ban from all subsequent tournaments hosted by GameReplays.org. Poor sportsmanship may also result in disqualification from the tournament.

Other Information

Being Late
Players that do not show up for their play time and are more than 10 minutes late will be disqualified. At this point an alternate player will replace his/her position or the opponent will advance. Players are expected to continue playing until eliminated or the end of the tournament is reached. Failure to play rounds in an expedient manner will result in disqualification.

Sign Up
If you have read everything and want to play in the tournament, send a personal message ASAP to PANCZASU who will be one of referees running this tournament with the following information:

• Online Id The nickname you will use online for the tournament.

If you don't get a confirmation reply immediately, please be patient!

Please do not sign up if you aren't 100% sure you will be attending the tournament! If the tournament fills up before you sign up, you will be informed and given the chance to be an alternate or remove your name from the list.

Additionally DO NOT POST your entry in the discussion thread because it will be ignored. Entries are only done via PM because it makes it easier for the Tournament Moderator to add your name on this list rather than searching through the thread looking for entries as well as makes you, the player, accountable if they do not show up for the tournament as well as.

Cancellation
Things can come up, but please inform PANCZASU ASAP if you will be unable to attend the tournament, so that a slot can be opened up for a player who can.
Failure to show up without in-advance cancellation may result in registration denial from future tournaments.
