HereCountering firehawks to get at least a refund of your structure
When a Firehawk drops its bombs it takes a few seconds for the bomb to land, giving you the time to sell the structure for half of the price you paid for it.
That way you still get some cash out of it instead of loosing it completely helping pay for a new one making the Firehawks only halfway successful.
Now you will know to put some anti-air around you tech center without learning it the hard way. Instead you learned it the "Semi hard" way!!!
If you can sell the structure in time you get a refund!
Selling Stasis chambers to get Shock Troopers
In the First Selling Structures TotW you were told you could sell secret shrines for Shadowteams, this is also possible for Scrin, you get shock troopers when you sell Stasis Chambers. This was previously done with Gravity Stabilizers until it was nerfed but, It is pretty much just as good with Stasis Chambers. It's slower but still worth it and a great way to help get reinforcements. Unlike Gravity Stabilizer Selling Stasis selling is actually fair Because You still technically need a portal to get the Shock Troopers.

Countering a Mastermind
If you see a mastermind running towards your base, and its too late to build an infantry tower and start selling unimportant buildings. For each building you sell it will give you a sqaud of infantry to fight the mastermind making this a great way to counter it on short notice. You can also sell buildings right before the Mastermind captures it. You can tell its about to capture a building when it is stopped and turned/turning towards it. Usually the structure its after is your MCV or Tech center. Sell them to atleast get a refund or simply undeploy the MCV to buy you time.

Selling MCVs
This is mainly done in games with MCV rushes. It can be done both by the MCV rusher himself or the Defender. Whether It's the defender or the rusher this is usually done to try and capture the enemy MCV. This is most often done with the rusher. If they fail to capture the enemy MCV then they are in trouble but if it works... The defender can best counter this by a turret or undeploying their MCV. If the Rusher sells their MCV, DON'T SELL YOURS!!!
