It'd be better to co-decide on a date rather than go ahead with it. There aren't a lot of potential participants left so you need all the players you can get. Let them decide the date and time.
also, since many people seem to be busy on saturday eve (surprise), you might also want to consider some kinda limit on how many people is needed for the tourny to happen... a tourny with 5 people isn't much of tournament
Saturday around 15:00/14:00 usually works but there is a chance that people have to work. I can't participate on Saturday at all...I think depends on the time though and if I feel like playing ZH...
Maybe it is possible to get a list from people who can participate in the hours between lets say 12:00 and 18:00 or something, let them write down the time it fits best for them, then you get an idea of how many people you can get and at what time they would like to play.
this is going to be a bitch to sort out... you see im australian and the time zone difference is difficult to work around. Once again i have been screwed by my country. P.S. I have suspended the tournament until this mess gets cleared up.

if there's many people willing to play on a time which is not appropriate for you, you might aswell try to find someone who you can trust and acn act as a host during that time. iirc stefan and jack co-hosted tournaments even though only jack was tourny mod.
in this case sparky / riz / relax might make good hosts assistant hosts
