A 2v2 between some awesome players!

Uhh I don't remember much of what I said during this, except for the fact I said the same thing over and over and over again. Yeah, enjoy this and I apologize if it seems I didn't take this seriously enough or I wasn't actually doing any commentary at all.

And yea, I pointed out the exact thing you stated over and over after the match, Emi never gets attacked in his base, ever.

This was a fun match with great teamwork from both sides. Hopefully we can supply you with some more fun and entertaining games like this in the future.

I still hope that the next match won't be so one-sided in both outcome and teamwork though. Really, i haven't really liked the game itself, but now it even has a VOD lol.

Edit: And really, i think that they should make a "Fail Play Section" on the forums

Well, it was 1v1 and it was funny Plus, i wasn't the one who lost there And really, its dissing to lose because helping your teammates takes priority.

On the point, i think a VOD should have more commentery on the process itself, not about the metagame in general and how "Allies are lame in 2v2's". The thoughts on the metagame are fine, but i prefer them to not be included in the VOD, but maybe some separate video, etc. The point of the VOD is different, if i understand it right.
It is just a thought though

Badly played to say the least. Teal lost so many units unnecessarily, letting strikers and tengus die from bullfrogs for nothing, letting tengus fall onto his tengus and subsequently destroy them. Lol at the tengu dropping in to shoot the wall at 10 mins tho

Yes, my bad with the tengufall and losing that one VX to attacking bullfrogs. I don't remember sacrificing my tengus to them, i lost some of my tengus while killing off those twinblades.

It was a very fun game. Ofc not perfect, but exhibiting very nice teamplay from both sides.

I will still stand by the point that it was a bad game though.

I mean it wasnt ofc the best game ever. But how was it a bad game ?

I guess most people who lose a game consider it a bad game.

However, if you think about it, you actually learn more from losing a game then winning. Because if you lose you (most of the time) go back and analyze the game and learn from your mistakes. But, if you win the game then you are less likely to go back and watch it and see how to improve.

Well, i absolutely agree. I play a lot of training games with Loony and i lose like 6/10 games. And i don't consider our games bad, cause they are always pretty action-packed and each win is deserved. And this game was pretty one-sided, i mean, come on, how it can be good, if we even haven't got any chance to counterattack? And my low ability for multitasking doesn't allow me to attack the same time i am defending Not too many players can do it though. There was no comebacks, nothing unexpected. One team was getting pushed, the other was frantically defending. There was no mindblowing micro, no interesting strats.
Now tell me, can a game be good after all that i mentioned? Maybe the only thing that makes it good is funny commentary from Jonny

Well, I would say it was a good game for the following reasons :

1) The teamplay exhibited in this game was imo a lot higher than we usually see. It wasnt your typical 2 x 1v1, if u know what I mean. Most of the time, ALL the four players were fighting on the same spot. Which is rare and fun to see/play.

2) On some occasions, the tactics used were very good. For instance, when I attacked Goldy's army, Messi took this opportunity to take out both his collectors in his main base.

3) I thought u guys played and defended very well (especially you), and that it took everything to break through. At one point, like Jonny mentionned, Messi had almost not army and even looked in worst shape than Golden, even after all the doubling -- because of ur team's good defense.

4) I think it was a good game because I attacked relentlessly, first Golden, then you, then Golden again, then back to you. I think that was very good on my part. But it was costly as well : at one point u have a lot more units than me. But I took the opportunity to expand, and then was able to comeback ahead...

5) And ofc, Jonny's epic commentary doesnt hurt
