Wall hub build time reduced and radius of ability to expand from hub increased. Would create a new aspect of the game called "unit trapping." You block off a ford or the section by the warg lair. Once units, heroes, or both (usually cavalry) enter the area between the warg lair and the ford you immediately block it off with your units, buying time to build another hub for a wall. You build a wall making it impossible to escape without siege or tunnel/mine systems. I just thought this would be a cool feature for Elves because they have issues dealing with cavalary, especially on a bad host.

i dont think its possible to catch someone with such a trick ofc if he isnt blind at all ) but worth a try might be very fun )
sounds fine to me and also reduce the price of wall hub i wonder why its 600$ ? ))))
Kibby owned Clever by doing this once. I don't think it is that bad of a suggestion really btw. Walls get annoying though and this could be almost lame if they build a lot faster. Then there is also wall catapult laming near the opponent's base...

Trying to get a catapult up via walls near the enemy base only works vs retards. If the person has half a brain they build a siege expansion on their fort and pwn the wall or whatever the fuck.

I'm gonna call everyone who plays BFME2 now later generation BTP players. I love how some later generation BTP players feel compelled to mention notable and often exaggerated victories.

No. The opponent has to have the resources for the siege expansion right away. So they either have a cashfloat or will have to delete all buildings/units building and save for it. It is also generally easy to kill a siege expansion on a fortress, so in a close game you can keep the opponent from building one then kill their base with the catapult.

Omit the part about the radius. I thought it wasn't long enough to reach from the river to the edge of the map.
And no, I did not use this trick against Clever. Although, I did block off a ford to make him turn around into my pikes. I think I got 3 or 4 of his battlewagons.

That's what I've told people. Yet, it is still lame.

Don't think it could work without making it too easy to block off fords with walls, which would promote camping a shit ton. Kind of an interesting idea though.
