Yes , I know there were some problems with the streams but coverage was still excellent. Gunruns stream is amazing quality ! WP Firgli and the other plyrs . ConquerCup has me hooked on Sundays (Wife permitting !) Well done - keep it up
Designer Hat hangs out there, but he's not in the clan
the problem here is Czone .. that Fury is such an awesome clan that is constantly breaking barriers in gaming as we know it... that it becomes impossible to follow what amazing incredible players are in the clan .. and what ones are not.

I really liked game 816, which was a zero ref, airfield + turret push vs. empire. The empire built exactly 2 units during the game - engineers to capture the oil derricks. Never got a unit out of his mech bay.
820 was also great AvA shows strength and weakness of the cryocopter - it got all the harvesters, but was also killed leaving Firgli's 3 riptides and 6 peacekeepers to win the game.

the ConquerCup is some pretty intense serious action... RA3 is best multiplayer RTS action available today other than Starcraft.. IMO.

I'm looking down, mainly because of 4 a v random on battlebase beta. Meaning 4 instant losses against people 5 x worse then me recently.
But regardless of how empire try to beat allies, fast expansion, harassment. Its normally all down to tier 2 push. No strategies. This leads to very similar games.

the original discussion top was ConquerCup#13. I'm not sure what you're discussing here. I think if you actually watch the games you'll find that, firgli and Malle, although both Allies players arrived in the finals after 12 victories between them in very different ways. I noticed a large difference in game play between Malle and firgli. But, they both used ore... except for Malle's no-ref MCV push... he didn't use any ore that game.

Im just saying, a v e you know whats its gonna be. A v s You know.
Sure theirs cheese that spice it up, but it kinda relies on allies defending against a push and then raping afterwards. etc
S v E Its the same. But im being a bitch here i know
S.v.E. with Ganon, Tech, or Matiz as Soviets are all different. ..it just isnt anything close. i wonder if you actually watch the games... and watch how.. upon scouting certain things.. players like Ganon Matiz, and Tech have varying tendencies...
and what about (Random-Soviet) v. (Empire) and (Soviet) v. (Empire-Random) and (Random-Soviet) v. (Random-Empire)
there are dozens more matchups I could name .. and dozens of tendencies each player leans towards... and they are also developing new things
The Fierywinds v. Firgli games looked a lot different from the zokker13 v. DasDuelon game. same map ... same factions...
You'll need to define `the same` and `cheese`. These seem to me like vague blanket statements meant to white wash over important tactical elements occurring even in the first 3 minutes of any game.
Basically, I don't think you watch the games.

I haven't watched them all, any argument i say is gonna be countered with tech made 2 tengus while gannon made 1 terror drones etc.
If you look at a v e match up. Allies can cryo rush, but that should be a gg right there. duel rax puts them at a disadvantage, war factory build rofl that sucked even when empire could not walled up.
What im saying is the only thing thats different between the match ups is how they come to the same strategy, ie 3 ref build from empire instead of 2 ref. But its the same mid game. Thats why ra3 can not be decent e-sports, though i DO like the effort cc makes, and im glad for that. Its fun to play and gives a decent player base for cc Im just saying i find it hard to say ra3 is a top of e sports when strats are the same, you can't denie it if empire goes for something other than a mix of tier 2 units they will get squashed by allies and vice versa, and the game is quite slow to begin with 2 refs not being able to support 1 build cue. And its not so much that, is that there's no flanking etc. Meaning that i can predict what is gonna happen quite quickly. And the only tactic you have at the end of it all is 3 ref or 2 ref and later 3 ref.
Kinda why cc should vary the game, but im gonna get accused of wanting money, despite not playing cnc3 very often.
And jimmy, you do know what cheese is.
