Different Start Resources/ CP max, different Balancing? I realised that it will be a different Game if we change the Start resources (A Fellbeast as the first Unit, for example with 4000$) or we have a high CP max like “100xCP”. Because as more units we can build as more loses the Heros their values. The Witch-king has maybe a chance against 3 Attack Trolls. Against 20 he has problems. Means balancing depends on start money and CP limit in my opinion. Question: Is the UP 2.02 patch community the same opinion and if yes, do all the people know that we try to balance with the standard resources and CPs?

well there's nothing stopping you from starting with any amount of resources or command points... except u cant start with 900res or other numbers that aren't on the list unfortunately

1) Yes everybody agrees with you that balance is different with different starting settings.
2) I think everybody knows that 2.02 is balanced to the standard settings. If not, it is. Occasionally this causes issues in other gameplay modes, like back when Untamed Allegiance had Dissent, that was overpowered in WotR.
In fact we have a standard map for balance as well: Fords.
