This should help:
http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_n...eme_desktop.php

Unpack the driver.
remember the map where it was in and go to device manager (here is one) rightclick on your computer and on manage, select device manager and right-click on the ethernet controller, choose update driver, select your computer to search drivers and copy&paste the folder address of your unpacked driver.

PCI simple communications controller is a 56k modem.

You can find it on the lenovo site, I took United States as region and there you can fill in the product number to get a list of drivers.

PCI device can be anything, it is probably that fingerprint stuff.

To check it, download everest: http://www.lavalys.com/products.php?lang=en&page=11

When you have started the program click on "devices", windows devices
and scroll down in the device manager next to it until you hit unknown.
Click on the unknown device and it will let you know what kind of device and model it is.
Paste it in google with your windows version and you will find your driver.

It doesn't have realtek audio drivers, you can see it in the list of your needed drivers at lenovo.
