Tax does not apply on online shipments unless you live in the state where it is shipped from, so it wouldn't be an issue for you. I run video games at medium to high settings with almost every piece being slightly inferior to this setup, so this will serve your purpose. If you wanted to match my computer, you could get down to about $450 or so. Even less, if you just want to be able to run games - games will look v. good with this setup. "
