P.S. Did you guys knew that Greg Black, lead balance designer, sometimes browses these forums? I forgot his actual nickname, but I saw him several times.

I just rememeber the nickname of the lead balance designer: it's EA-Platinum.
Great job, Greg! I really love how the Goblins turned out. But could you please tell us if game speed is really as fast as in that video? Pleease! (or at least PM me about it, I won't tell anyone )

No offense, but making lots of units and controlling the map is common sense. That's the basic strategy for EVERY faction in BFME 2.
1.) Fill up your popcap as quickly as possible and keep it full 2.) Pressure your enemy 3.) Control the map
And Drogoth rush is a good way to lose against anyone decent
Pending Aaron's permission, GameReplays is going to release a strategy guide that explains exactly what you need to do as Goblins to start winning games regularly.
Good video and all, but I think most gamers already know they should get as much money as possible and the only way to do that is to control the map
In terms of strategy, of course that the video didn't show us anything special... but in terms of positive changes since the beta, it shows us that EA really cares, and that this is most probably going to be an incredibly good game!

Thats why the first post to this topic was that it wasn't necessarily intended for pros rofl We're not the only ones that watch those videos
Great vid for n00bs. I certainly hope you're not going to promote camping for MOTW / Dwarves There's a bunch of rookies who're going to use these as a holy grail to play from.
^lol let them use these. A noob is still a noob, I don't care what instructions he's using. If he can't adapt to his opponents strategy, or beings the battle with a pre-determend view of what his opponent is going to do, he will most likely end saying "WTF! the video was wrong!"
Not that there is anything wrong with noobs though. Noobs are people too.
