Remove unused maps from your map folder and put them in another folder out of the way for future use? I'm unaware of anyway to remove the limit of how many the game will display.

I looked into it but was not able to come up with a fix. It wasn't that important for me though.

There's a solution to that issue here; Unlimited Maps in Zero Hour instead of only 100.

Easy enough if you're comfortable with modding.

Window > Menus > WOLMapSelectMenu.wnd > Line 145 > LISTBOXDATA = LENGTH: 100

That looks like an easy fix then. tongue.gif

I am sure a modder can conviniently bundle that in a *.big file that can then be either copied in install directory or MyDocuments.

It looks like a useful addon.

why use a big file?
shall it be a bigger patch? Is it a version critical modificiation?
Simply copy the file to that place, if not.

ok nice.

Then i was a little late...
Nevertheless i post:
take the file in the attachment and put it in the directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generäle Stunde Null\Window\Menus\

C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generäle Stunde Null
is my game directory. If it is not equivalent to yours, you will have to change this accordingly.

Attached File WOLMapSelectMenu.zip

Simply copy the file to that place, if not.

It's just easier for the average player. Some players have difficulties with creating correct folders. I learned that when shipping the proxy launcher. There is no reason to make it not as convinient as possible.
