okay I do this and have done since just after release.
Select the fourth colour pattern/scheme, then make the 3rd colour white. I tend to find it looks better with the rest one colour, say blue for instance and then of course do the details whatever you like.
It doesnt change the fact that it looks like he would take someone's else helmet because his own got raped.
To each his own, I guess.
But it's a common trick in games/movies to differentiate officers like this (for example orange shoulderpads on stormtroopers sergeants in Star Wars). Obviously in real life that would be stupid, it would just say "Hey, shoot me first".
But IMO for a game purpose this looks like "I'm a bad ass mofo and I'm gonna split your skull."
Nice figurine but we're talking here about in game models. Where most of the people don't know that helmet in diffrent colour mean and is only understanded by those who read codex'es.
So it may look cool for you but for normal man it's "Crap, did he just stealen someone's helmet ? LoL"

I fail to see how its any different to having the colour scheme in quarters, or halves.
Des you have no style dude. Different color helmets own. I have a "White Scars Special" color scheme that has that faded off red color as their helmet as well and it looks absolutely badass -- exactly the same as the original White Scars but with a matching red helmet. So pro. So pro.
hey that is weird. i recently put the exact same picture in a thread.....check out the ranger break game thread and you'll see my pics of the Power Rangers
and i think everyone has a different view of what looks badass

wiggers with pants buckled around their knees with their boxers sticking out, wearing uncurled baseball caps with the size sticker on and wearing big oversized hoodies with fluorescent dinosaurs and shit on them... probably think they look bad ass, but doesnt mean they have any sense of style.
Also, does anyone have a link to that Army Painter mod that lets you see all the units?
