There is no secret, there's nothing worth showing. Atm it'd be the same thing that Bfme2 uses for their T3a server which isnt much better.

I played a few 2v2s with him yesterday but hard to get them going.

almost impossible to get a proper 2v2 game nowadays. there is always just one 4v4 room open. Nothing else

That's what is being worked on. Right now we're using our recent breakthroughs with game.dat to investigate if we can set up an autoreporting system for the ladders. I don't see it as worth it to release the RotWK ladder just yet without autoreporting support, though my opinion on that is changing fast given the disastrous things that have happened with ClanWars lately... like losing months worth of data. There is not much else to say than that really, if we make a breakthrough we'll announce it. Our current game.dat update was already a major breakthrough though, so I have high hopes for this.

Isnt the real question here when is t3a server out because lets face it before this is working there wont be a new ladder. Till sometime after a server.

RotWK server in same state as BFME2 is working since almost half year, with Revora we decided that we won't release it without major improvements.

Good to me t3a try there best but fail.
