The rules for posting replays are not so easy to find, there is a "Help" tab which takes you right to the rules but many have overlooked this, probably never knowing there were rules involved.
Here's a quick refresher on posting replays and what rules we all should follow:
1v1 replays should be larger than 40kb
2v2 replays should be larger than 60kb
3v3 replays should be larger than 80kb
4v4 replays should be larger than 100Kb
Replays with computer opponents are not allowed
Only post replays played on official maps
Reps should also have $10,000 starting money and should be played on the correct map size for the number of players playing.
Please rename your replay before uploading so that it is not named 0000000.rep
Do not accuse players of cheating in the replay section, the ZH MapHack Accusation forum is where you post allegations.
Follow the site rules when posting and replying to replays.
That is basically the idea but you can find the entire help article here.

Well said ^Jack, unfortunatelly i had to close many topics these days. New members don't know nothing about GR rules. We need create a guide to new members. It's like the new members got one PM with site explanations and rules.
Another case happening is that some members still posting replays only to say: "I win -XaVi^, I win etc etc etc".
As ^Jack said, before you post a replay please check if it has more than 40KB for 1v1's, more than 60KB's for 2v2 and more than 80KB's for 3v3. Another thing to say is: Never say who won the game.
Yea, lot's of replays under the size limits or still named 00000000.rep and since the rules for posting replays is listed under the tiny little "Help" tab at the top of replay section where nobody will read it, well you get the point.

Nice example. I notice that you mention -XaVi^ in negative comments several time in random discussion so i get feeling that you have something against him? or maybe not? Just an observation
