i think its finally happend well im trying to log in and it says "could not connect to red alert 3 online"

Look around the support forum on Revora. Several guys have managed to log in with a steam copy of RA3.

It just happened to me, Emi, and AA. I tried again right now. Same issue. (Using Revora.)

the license limit for this product has been reached. please visit support.ea.com to contact EA support for further assistance"

bought this original copy from the store 6 years ago, since then i install the game more then im "allowed" too or something like that from what i understand..

so was nice to play with you guys i guess

I already had this probleme, I contacted EA and they solved it. They gave me a new key (or increasing the limit of my old key, can't remember exactly).

Or maybe FFF could help you with this, I think he used to solve that probleme very often in past ^^

I have the issue too with the new Server C&C:Online, says no lobby selected, and i cant see any casuals to pick from...

When I did it, it took me 10-15 Min.

But to contact them I used the french telephone numbers for EA customer service hotlines. So I don't know if in your country there's an EA hotline to help you.

If not you can still use Origin, register your game and email the customer service from there.

In the meantime you can try to contact FFF, I've seen him many times in past helping poeple who had a similar probleme than you.

That's because you listened to other people bullshitting EA's customer support.

The support is great. Just get in touch with them via chat. Easy, fast and friendly.


Or get a crack to solve it on your own.

A lot of the problems with the lobby were happening last night because they had to reset the server at least 3 or 4 times for maintenance. It's not perfect, and it won't be until we have time to work out all the problems, bugs, glitches, etc.

That's why it's important we play on the server as much as possible so we can report all these issues to them directly to get fixed. It will take some patience, but over time it will run smoother.

Right now there's about 40 players online and 6 matches in progress. That may not seem like a lot, but it's a good start, with many more players to come in the next few days for sure.
