For anybody who STILL doesn't understand, fear no more! Stacking Made Simple should set you straight, including Duck who today asked me if Howl stacks with War Chant. In this guide I explain the basics in as little space as possible.
I'll also answer any other stacking questions in this topic since the guide doesn't cover everything and I'm sure there'll be some.

Theoden's GC is +100% damage, +300% armor, and -100% crush deceleration. That's not a Spell. KoDA GC is +50% damage, +100% armor, -100% crush deceleration. (Meaning nothing slows you down obviously. )

But it has a unique FXs like a spell. So Theoden's GC and KoDA GC are buffs.

They're outside the system.
KoDA GC is an ability that affects only the object that uses it, like Aragorn's Blademaster, Noldor Warrior's Weapon Song, etc. It's not a Buff because it gives +100% Armor rather than +50%.
Glorious Charge is one of a few other modifiers that are outside the system, like the experience boost you get from Dormitories, the crusher level reduction from Dark Lord's Lament, the speed reduction from Black Ice, etc.
But can something like GC stack with RC or LD or darkness?

You read my mind. According to the visual effect they stack.
Yes exactly! You can always tell that they stack because of the FX. GC stacks with RC, LD, Darkness, debuffs... - if you use it you will see both the GC cloud as well as the other FX.
GC actually throws your armor value so high past the maximum that even with a debuff you'll still be at max armor (+300%), but stacking with damage buffs is incredibly powerful.
RC/Darkness are +50% Damage as you know, GC on its own is +100% Damage. When stacking they are +200% Damage (more than +100% + +50%, as you know if you read the full guide).
Of course if you ever have Glorious Charge you probably have Leadership too; GC + LD is +166% Damage.
Yes but I can't think of anything in 2.02 that gets it, maybe I'm forgetting something. Some Charges in 2.01 and Horde Bonus gave speed buffs but those have been removed. Black Ice is a negative speed "buff" which remains.
