Ye u will find a flaming, nonfriendly bfme2 community, very fun tbh..

All of the flamers left I think. Or at least, they're very inactive.

I would like to let known a conclusion I came to concerning 2.4 people and flaming. From my personal experience, the reason it seems like all 2.4 are flamers is because in the flaming those that do flame tend to say how they are better than you or 1.06 players or how gay 1.6 is and stuff like that because they are cw players. The only real way I can identify if they are a cw player is if they outright tell me in chat or through flaming. I am sure I have played with many people who play cw and never knew cause they never told me. I know a bunch of cw players who are very nice, but more often I have found out whether or not someone plays cw from their flaming and not from them actually telling me. Hope this clears up the whole issue for some people. There is about a 3:1 ratio of cw players who have flamed me (for no good reason) to cw players who told me they played cw. Its very annoying to be playing and have someone flaming you because you play 1.06 patch. The flamers give a bad name for all cw players (Nonetheless I will never try cw unless its an official patch tbh).

The only way to get this community together again is one patch but tbh that will never happen.

We are not trying to get this community together.
That's not the point.
We're just presenting you to a better patch, to a way to improve your game to what it was supposed to be and not the unbalanced 1.06 patch.
This patch can be obtained and installed real easy, with no harm, and u can change between patches really fast. So u can have this, and just give it a try from time to time or something.
But cw... Cw, is diferent.
Even if there was only one patch, there would still be 2 communities. You see. CW is not cuz of the patch, but cuz of the improved level of play and also a way to make the game more competitive.

Even if u dont want to play cw, u should try 2.4 patch. You'll easily find a game, just for fun.

Agreed. The communities would be more closely linked with only one patch though. Ofc, one patch will never happen unless ea has some sort of revolution.

you're right cw is much more fun, but it's no fun and it makes no sence to play when it's to inactive. I will start cw again when i feel an increase in activity. all who never played cw and say it's bad are just fags. sorry but thats the truth I also disliked the bt2dc patch at the beginning because it's something new. 1.06 is also a quite good patch, not that great but good but give bt2dc patch a chance, cause it's definitely better.

I've been playing many games without waiting any time at all.

Play 2.4 patch with Whom? I play the ladder and the ladder is what I love to play. Everyone has their own preferences what lobby they play. I like open lobby and Quick match 1v1 tournament. I could by choice play open lobby with BTDC but there is a lot of people who do not have it. So why sit there waiting for a game that never happens. So as for bringing the community together the only way is to have one patch and my choice is BTDC not 1.06. I don't want to play Clan Wars. I want to play the ranked ladder or open play lobby. You guys have tried to sell this to the entire community thinking that we all will use it. We can not all use BTDC because EA will not let us and they will never incorporate it into the game.

I have to say it again one patch will bring this community together but tbh it will never happen.

It's your choice.
You do whatever you want and pleases you more.
But you can't say you don't like cw because you never tried it.
To those who want to add more competition, want to improve and want a fair patch cw is the way.
But as I said before, and because I think this has been a big issue, cw has been pretty active imo. I've been playing 4 or 5 games each night for the last couple of weeks. And I play those cuz I don't have time to play more. ppl ask me for more.
To tell the truth, I wait much much longer for a gg on 1.06 then on cw.

About bringing the community together, the only way would be the 2.4 patch, cuz its the best. But thats also not the point. We're just showing the way to those that may want to try this.

O cmon, if every one said thay they would play when the activity increases then there wouldnt be any increase at all. You be the first and do something for the btdc community also there are alot of games being played now.
