I think they don't gradually lose it, they just all of a sudden die, well re-die.

Well spotted! Husks have a lifetime of 300s (in TW). I shall put this in the tip. Thanks!

No, lol.
As OP said they just die after a period of time. How long that is, I've no idea.

To provide a source, here's GenericHuskLifetimeUpdate.xml:
CODE
<!-- Five minutes -->
    <LifetimeUpdate xmlns="uri:ea.com:eala:asset"
        id="ModuleTag_HuskLifetime"
        MinLifetime="300s"
        MaxLifetime="300s"
    />

If you will, you can think of it like this: The walker dies and creates a husk, then the husk dies and creates a pile of ashes. But I'm not very well versed in the metaphysics of life after walker death. wink.gif

The husk is not the same entity as its former being, so technically it doesn't "re-die".

Well it is made of the same material and does not change, so I stick by my re-die theory.

It decomposes over time!
And if you want to get technical, its a machine so it can't die or "re-die".
