when you here the whoosh there should be some kind of beacon where the missile is directed to, so you can sell of the refs.
I've had a few matches in which i hear the whoosh and sell off the strategically best placed ref (eg in my expansion, thinking that the opponent will target that one), but it turns out that another ref gets targeted, leaving me with only 1 or 2 refs

thatd kinda make the cat missile useless - with a bit of practice from your side itd be too easy to turn his one click wonder to a one click cash down the drain
just space out refs tbh, and dont try selling - its not worth it
atm i know nod t4 powers are lame, but you cant really complain if you look at the overall picture - gdi/scrin have some serious op stuff on their side too, so its about fighting lameness with lameness :\

Catalyst missle is the most retarted thing ingame, if you are unlucky you can sometimes not spread your refs your refs out good enough and he hits 2 of them including 1 or 2 harvesters if you are unlucky. I still dont know how a 2000 support power can destroy 8000 worth of stuff not to mention you are not harvesting for a while.
Catalyst should remove only 75-80% of maximum harvester/refinery health AND cost more (3000$). TVD damage should be toned down (~50%) and this shit should no longer damage units which escaped explosion radius.
t4 has to be viable at least, either a) $4000 for cat missile (imho@4000 it would match shockwaves usefulness) b) 70-90% damaged, reduced radius (again lol), 1shots harvs
