Why the hell is Blue 2.02 GA?
He isn't on good terms with most 2.02 players, doesn't know the community and I doubt he has played even five 2.02 games, nor has he even bothered to take the initiative to get to know the community or play 2.02. Methinks he should stick to 2.01.
Forlong would be ideal as 2.02 admin, but since he doesn't want it, the next obvious choices are SN or Amber, no way Blue. Oh, and I won't bother saying 'imo' because this isn't an opinion, it is the truth.

There is no 2.02 or 2.01 Game Admin as I stated in the 2.01 forums. There are just two Game Administrators for this section.

We'll chock this up to a misunderstanding, since if Blue had indeed been promoted to 2.02-specific GA then I'd agree with your concerns.

Actually I did apply but as you can see above even I understand that Blue is better for the position than me. You'll just have to trust us on this one that usually (as is the case here, not saying there haven't been a couple terrible promotions in other sections throughout the years) admin promotions are looked at very very thoroughly and the best candidate is selected. In this case that happened. His work goes on behind the scenes in the staff forums but I assure you that he has earned this post.

Also as The Day needs the support of everyone to succeed, including RotWK staff, I have to request that you try to get along with him. I'm counting on him to be an ally in The Day so you two need to be able to work together. Specifically you two; the conflict between you and Blue epitomizes the tension between our communities and needs to be overcome as soon as possible. I'm trusting him to not be upset by your statement and I'm trusting you to... help this be the case.

(As a side note, as a Mod Admin Ivan is higher-ranked than Blue.)

i 100% agree with congruency, getting this players in leading positions is good for official patch but not beneficial for a return of cw and widespreading of u202

We are trying to get more people to Gamereplays, if you guys then constructively promote the Unofficial 2.02 patch, more players will come to it!

I plan on treating both patches equally and I certainly won't be ignoring the 2.02 community. I have come up with several plans for improving the 2.02 section and I will get to work on them all. For now, our priority is The Day, and to ensure its success. I will be personally helping to advertise it and ensure everything gets set up right. I am also planning on adding a multitude of new 2.02 content to keep the portal more active and encouraging activity in all the forums, not just General Discussion as tends to happen too often.

About having a 2.02 focused/favored GA, take into consideration that there are very few 2.02 staff members. If you're worried about your patch not having the attention it needs in the staff, why not join it yourself? You guys, the community, are best people when it comes knowing what the game needs at this point. Why not seek to be in a position where you can make things happen?
