...a tourny where people play ALL matchups on a single map (one for each tourny) and the winner would be declared "KING OF ...(that particular map)" ?


example: who's the KING OF TD? we can find it out!

Tourny system, everyone plays UvU, who wins pass forward, the looser goes to a looser bracket or something like that. Then again UvU vs another winner and so un till we have a "UvU King". The next day\week\hour ppl play again with a different matchup till all matchups are played.

1 point for each win, at the end we will have one King

also had a similar idea -
playing tournies on one map only like each round Bo3 RvR. so people definitely have to adapt to "unknown" maps.

but tbh i can't be arsed to play UvU or GvG over and over again... there's simply nothing worse

tod hosted a tourney last year where evry player played vs evryone 2 times on all maps, the winner of 1 map got a star, the guy with the most stars got a cup. was rly fun to play in that
i cba to play a "only uvu" tourney tbh, boring matchup.

just make it so everyone plays everymatchup vs each player

Ughhhh agreed *shudder*. It's simply too hard to gain proper experience in these matchups as too few players play these armies. And even vs another random player the matchup will only come 1/9 times

UvU is far from being boring. Its the most fast paced match up and it requires as much micro as in a UvC for sure.

I would say the most boring is CvC cause you have only slow units and sometimes the game ends in a big camp war for the middle

its all about taste , i bet there are players who have gvg as favorite matchup...u like it or not, theres nothing u can discuss about here

Why dont u change it a bit. Take the first 10 or 12 player that announce on this site and let them play each other. Everyone plays each opponent twice. The winner gets a point. Most points win it. And to involve ur idea, the tourney will be held on condition that the ratio of armies is balanced. So if u have to play 18 games, then u can choose GLA only 6 times eg.

it's completly different.

UvU is far from boring. Its entertaining imo. Bit onesided, but great to play tbh. Have you ever seen JeReMy- vs Mexxikevin (UvU)?, wasn't the best UvU (skillwise) but definetly entertaining! Great ending. CvC is rather boring imo. Similar to CvU (Not vs top USA tho)

Cvc are more strategic, imo.

Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to those meetings where someone wants over 100%. How about achieving 103%? Here's a little math that might prove helpful.
