Actually I happened to be on the cw site last night checking the standings, and all the ar's infact were filed. Nice try at an excuse, but just admit that you got beat.
Thought you would know this already. There hasn't been any planned release dates ever since 1.6 or something. I cannot give any estimations about it. Even Maddox cannot tell you when he'll have enough time to devote for this specific project. I can tell you that we've gone over 2.5 ever since March. So go figure...
The best thing you guys can do is settle on a suggestion list that all, or the majority, can agree with.
-Wargs gain howl at level 2 -Furn buildtime increased by 4s and health increased by 150. -Zerks do 50% reduced damage to guardians and take 33% more damage from phalanx. -BW MoD do 45% reduced damage to Legolas and 25% less to Thranduil and Haldir. -MoD upgrade cost increased to 650. -Recharges of Thranduil's/Haldir's/Wormtongue's/Gorkil's/Gloin's rank 10 powers increased by 60%, recharges of Aragorn's/Elrond's rank 10 powers increased by 30% -MotW oil casks fortress upgrade reduced to 1m (from 2m; Dwarves/Mordor recharge time is 20s/30s) -Mirkwood trample bug, Darkness weather bug (whatever that is) fixed.
I don't think anyone disagrees with above
-BW/Ling buildtime increased by 4s -SR damage from pierce reduced by 10% -Heroes do 10% less damage to forts -Something for poison sacks upgrade
No consensus on above that I've seen, but I doubt they're that controversial. These two lists I think are the bare bones stuff that most people agree on.
-MotW/Isen/Gob towers give only 1 garrison slot -Harad Archer buildtime reduced to 33s (from 40s; that keeps above OA buildtime so they retain their status as tier 2 while still being slightly useful for mid-game defense), range increased to 375 (from 350; 350 is an LA's range, it seems pretty natural that a tier 2 archer would have a longer range, and they need the buff) -Troll cage buildtime reduced to 40s (from 45s; yea, I am just pulling that number out of my ass, whatever buildtime buff you guys feel is right here, but some sort of buildtime buff please) -Fireball recharge time increased by 15s
Above are some of my least controversial suggestions, don't know how people feel about them
-Haradrim lancers buildtime reduced to 35s (from 45s), range increased to 360 (from 320), cost increased to 300 -EoS/Elven statue gives +20%/+75% damage/experience (from +25%/+25%), recharge reduced by 10s -Fellbeast damage vs. mumakil reduced by 50% -Spiderling summon summons 3 groups of 5 spiderlings equipped with poison sacks, damage of each group is equivalent to 60% of the damage done by normal spiderlings equipped with poison sacks -Warchant damage buff increased to 60%, radius increased by 33%, duration increased by 4s
And finally here's some stuff that nobody cares about because they're pretty minor really. Don't think they'd hurt, but if they don't go in nobody is even going to remember they existed, so w/e.
Not entirely sure why you would want to change the garrison of the towers, its hardly a problem. And if it is, maybe slightly increase the build time of motw towers, but thats it

Uh Fellbeast damage vs a Muma reduced by 50 %? wtf..? Saruman's fireball is fine, no need to change.
Fellbeast currently 2 shots muma, Saru's fireball recharges pretty ridiculously fast when combined with his WB recharge time, but if you don't think so heck I don't care that much.
