I just played 30 or so QM games on 1.06. I have the widescreen modification for only Foi2 and Udun and as these were 1v1 games I didn't get to play on Udun. However, out of those 30 games about 6-7 were on Foi2, they ALL went OoS. My other 25 or so games on maps where I had no widescreen, not a single game went OoS.

Ive vista and widenscreen, I got from time to time OoS too and sometimes I got no OoS at all. So this means the game is fucked, it hasn't to have to do somethign wtih widenscreen.
Maybe you were winning these games and the shit 1.06 suckers did OoS on purpose.

Uhh...I don't use the WS modification and still get OoS, so...
I play BfME2 because I find Hobbits incredibly sexual creatures, everything about them entices me to perform greater and greater feats of sexual prowess to my monitor. Sam is my favorite fantasy riddled anal love monkey because I find his lack of backbone particularly desirable, I'll smack him around like my little bitch and pull out his hair as I take his hairy ass from behind.

If WS was the cause of OoS then the map would desync within the first few seconds of the battle. If you've had time to do more than start construction on your first two buildings then WS cannot be the problem, you won't get anywhere close to the three minute mark. It's actually very easy to tell who has an altered map because they're the ones who don't move their builders on the replay.
In other words you are wrong and BT2DC WS is perfectly fine and cannot cause desyncs.

Oh so why does WS have to cause it to OoS in the first few seconds while vista can cause it to happen at x amount of minutes into a game? You're talking shit.

I believe, and not knowing much about this kind of thing, this may be total shit, but I think that Vista kills games because of some security feature which it runs every now and again, not because of it's merely being there. So WS would have to kill it right away, while Vista would only kill it when it ran that program.
