and where did you happen to see this?

Those occur when the game crashes, it closes the game off and you get that as a pop-up box. According to the text on that, it must have something to do with the 50mm gun of the PZ3 Ausf. J or the Puma.

try verifying game files if you have steam, reinstall if you dont.

can i reinstall with steam with out getting it again

it is what is known as the Christmas tree error and I'm pretty sure there is no fix to date for it
