#1 1v1 Tournament on 1.06

Tourney Table

Global Rules

• Games are played on Revora Server; unless both agree to play somewhere else
• GenTool & 1.06 is mandatory
• GR account mandatory, player should not be suspended and therefore able to post on GR
• Good sportsmanship appreciated
• Coordinate games with your opponent on your own and try to get casters if available
• After each deadline (based on rounds) the admin decides how to proceed if games are missing. The one who made more effort (shown inside the topic) to play the games will most probably proceed to the next round or gain a win. We’ll not discuss too long!
• Read the specific tournament rules to be prepared as good as possible
• Updates to the tourney will be posted inside the tourney topic
• Winner has to post all games (even the losses) after the BO round including the result
• The statistics:

1st place will gain 40 points &
2nd place will gain 30 points &
3rd place will gain 20 points &
4th place will gain 10 points
Participation gains 1 point
For bad behavior we may give some penalties in form of point reduction & .
If there is a 2v2 or 3v3 tourney the points just stay the same for each player.
These points will be shown in a seperat topic once the first 2 tourneys are finished.

These tourneys have been created on the basis or template from Sparky. We already did 15 tournaments on 1.05e and 1.06 with great success and sportsmanship. I hope to be able to create a new series with lots of good games. That entirely depends on the players, which means you guys! You can see the old overview here.

• Tourney will have a group phase with BO5 mode and then a single elimination round after the group phase.

• [22.1.14, 18 GMT] SIGN IN
• Other deadlines see tourney grid

Note:
Inside the group phase the first 2 players proceed to the quarter finals.
In the following is the order if 2 or more players have the same BO wins.

1. Lowest lost game count
2. Direct comparison

• Map Pool: 1st game: Standard TD; after that loser picks out of a small map pool of 5 maps in total. These are: Standard TD, Homeland Rocks, Winter Wolf Balanced Version, Barren Badlands and Wasteland Warlords. Votes were equal and admin decided to go by map pool B.

• Free armies. Everyone can play whatever he wants to play, random included.

No prizes yet. You can gain points, own your opponents, win turds or trophies.

I can't play anything. My computer fried to death, thanks to the heater.

atm i use 1.04...if i upgrade to 1.06 for this tourny and i want to play 1.04 again AFTER the tourny...how can i "downgrade" from 1.06 to 1.04??

Both shortcuts 1.04 and 1.06 enable you to play both versions whenever u want. No uninstalling necessary as in our mods.

Could someone else link to a description how to do it. I am on my mobile atm will bad internet.
