I didn't think anything of it for a while, but then I started noticing that all of the crashes were preceded by a, for lack of a better word, debate with the host. It has never happened when the host says nothing or just greets me. I'm starting to wonder if there's some kind of exploit they're taking advantage of to crash my game.

Also, how do you recognize a smurf? I'm not saying everyone I lost to was a smurf, but numerous rank 3 - 10 players who slaughtered me were openly talking about switching to their main accounts in lobby chat. It's gotten to the point to where I'm constantly kicked from games, either because the hosts think the teams would be unfair because of me or the fact that your rank increases whether you win or lose keeps me from seeking out those who are actually around my skill level.

What's EA's policy on deleting your account and starting a new one? My current rank (going on 20) doesn't actually reflect my skill, yet my loss record doesn't either.
