Hobbit 3. Spoilers incoming.

I....didn't like it. It didn't touch a lot of the critical points that the movie did.
What happened to Bard?
Did Thorin get buried with the Arkenstone?
Why so little of Beren? Does Peter Jackson hate him?
Eagles coming in when the going gets tough...again.
They had giant earth eaters (not in the book) and never used them again.
Not enough Thranduil.
Not enough Bilbo.
Too much Legolas.
Too much of that annoying clerk whose screentime was absolutely irrelevant.
Pretty bad CGI.
No proper closure.
Hyping up the Smaug battle and then having him die within the first 10 minutes of the movie.
Overall it was pretty bad. It is rated a 7.5 on IMDB and that feels really off.

Well that happened in the book.

After the first two Hobbit movies, I have no interest in seeing the third.

Did they? Oh well, 1 less sin, then. It's been several years since I read the book.

I watched Avengers 2 too. I think it's overrated. Very good action movie with good effects but it lacks storyline 7/10

When you go out and splurge on the newest Transformer Avengers action films you should realize your taste in movies is pop consumerist nonsense and completely ad driven mindless and unsophisticated.

Bla bla. I have a theater subscription. For €26/mo I get unlimited movies, no extra 3d/imax charges and 25% discount on food and drinks. I will go and see anything I can, from blockbusters like F&F7 and Avengers 2 to garbage like The Gunman and Run All Night.

The fact that you have a theater subscription and yet you waste our time reviewing movies we've already heard about a million times makes your taste look that much worse.

One would think by now you'd be over the allure of the theater and its empty special effects and you'd actually like to enjoy a good story, just for variety.

It is. Movie tickets can go up to €15 sometimes (Imax + 3D + additional charge when the movie is longer than 2,5h), meaning I only have to see a movie twice a month to break-even.

Ex Machina is one crazy movie, btw. Loved it.

Watched Avengers 2 yesterday. It felt like it was a bit too full, with no good story line and a villain that was not compelling at best and stupid at worst.
