I am a semi noob player who likes Elves...though I can play a few of others too. Err...might anybody know how to beat a cavalry rush with Elves? I build pikes but the enemy just avoid me and take out my farms! What can be done?
use ur first bat of pikes for creeping, your 2nd for blocking ur RBs from cavalry and then start 2 build archers and creep the whole map with groups of 1/2 archer and 1 pike. by now he will have more units and not only cav and u can just play your normal game

Start archer, like you should always start. Then, make a pike as your second bat and send it to your archer and have them creep together. Make another pike as your third unit and have it creep another warg lair. Your economy should be raping your opponents by now, since cav rushes just cost a ton of resources and you easily get 3 lairs right away. So, just don't mess it up, make a second rax, and harass and gain map control and you should win.
