i'm too lazy to use photoshop at the moment, but i think typed letters will do for some of these.

here's an example:

HEAD
HEELS

would be "head over heels". easy enough, right? here we go...

15 isn't actionless smile.gif on the right track though.

16 - think about it just a bit harder and you'll get it.

10 - elevator is right, but there is a phrase associated

19 - carnage got it wrong, but is close
