Actually the Volks did end up winning. they had like 2/3 wounded squads left by the end of it.

The days when men fought like men, rather than sit on opposite sides of the world pressing buttons. Can you imagine being raised in medievil times? Minus the disease, famine.. whatever else.. learning to fight with swords and shit, maybe martial arts.. kill people for money? lol.. my idea of heaven.

Well you can still get paid for killing people today-there are still mercenary groups out there. Training to fight was also something the majority of the population never did-though militias did exist in a lot of towns, they were very poorly trained and were usually just brought along as fodder for the enemy. I'd rather be a mercenary today than back then, since you're more likely to be able to survive if you can fight from a distance with an assault rifle rather than two feet away from an angry man with a broadsword 0wn3d.gif

Getting back to the original post-wow that's one frightened looking volk!

World builder smile.gif Built a little "pit o death" a rectangle that was barbed off. Put 40 squads of both rifles and volks right in it. And thus, the above carnage ensued.
