Apple have revealed that they have developed a new type of software for the Mac, this designed specifically for gaming has been given the catchy title of "Games" (pronounced "gaimz").
EA are behind Apple all the way with this and are the first to have their games on the Mac. The first few of the games being the recent Blockbuster hits, Command and Conquer 3, Battlefield 2142, Need for Speed Carbon and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Later in the year there will be more games appearing on the portal such Madden NFL 08 and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08, these will be released on the Mac at the same time as the other consoles.
EA's Executive Vice President of Publishing Friank Gibeau added, "These four games are just the beginning. We’re excited to deliver key EA franchises such as Harry Potter, Madden Football and Need for Speed to Mac gamers"
Lol Apple FINALLY gets it. The very demographic they're aiming for isn't buying their computers simply because that demographic PLAYS COMPUTER GAMES, which Macs can't really handle.

Now they can be subjected to EAs lackluster support like the rest of us!!! I mean, Macs don't get many viruses so I guess Mac users need something to piss them off eh?
I have this odd feeling that Macs will later start to feel the hurt with viruses as hackers love attacking whatever is popular . And soon it'll be where viruses affect Macs, but can't affect Windows because of differences in language programming, rofl.
