You know the situation! You snuck your Lotus into your opponent's base and all the buildings are waiting to be captured. BUT Migs! Now you could wait for them to shoot some of your units on the battle field, grab some lunch or commit suicide but in many times those damn pilots are just there waiting... for YOU!
However, most China players put their migs on ground guard mode. That means they shoot anything that comes in their range (on the ground). That means you can actually make them shoot and return to their base just by giving them something to shoot at. Build a Bunker and watch those migs return to their base. After that it's all yours.
This would also work with a Burton or a Jarmen in any other situation you are in need to get rid of those migs. If China starts to put its Migs on air guardmode, you might as well fly a mig through its base.
The guard mode abuse works with Nukes as well. Whenever you see a Nuke on guard sitting in China's base make sure it shoots something valuable in its range. That way you can, for example, make China dozer hunt itself.
Have fun with this!

A really good tip. If i may add two points: I suggest putting migs in the "air guard mode". The negative aspect is, that if lotus trys to capture your building you have to be fast and attack her manually. Second, you could abort the building of the bunker if the nuke or mig has fired its missiles, so you saved 400$

Lol someone was abusing me like this the other day there^^ killed my last dozer with my own nuke and it was almost identical to those ss.And you could use this to take out there supply trucks too right?place a bunker or something in between the trucks^^
the only way to get a perfect guard mode by migs, is in minning AF's or building close to their guard area, when the lotus will come, she will unsealth mines, as soon as that the mig/nuke won t shoot a scaffold building Btw there is absolutly no difference for migs between AIR guard and GROUND guard ! it s bugged and never been fixed. Did u know that Steakmeat?

Like I already told you in staff rooms, that is NOT correct. I don`t know why you think that, but my migs never shoot at ground units when they are on air guard. Obviously they just shoot at other migs or planes like the one with mines or EMP.
migs on "air guard" don't shoot at a bunker scaffold - usually you will see a smilie in the top left corner of your screen if you try to abuse them and they are on air guard.
