ok, here we go:

1) He beacons your Scud and at this moment he says: "sw". China had no radar ( suspicious !) and gla had no radar van ( suspicious). So there is absolutley no way, he could have seen the Scud-scaffold --> MH

2) They obviously both disconnected. His mate has already left, when he's counting down, so probably he made himself count down, let his mate leave and then come back to hit the "quit game" button. Since he said "pro rules, ya" to your question "u dc now?" --> intentional dc

3) the Scud-bug completes his shitness.
