The Asian Dynasties 1v1 Tournament

Games are to be played by using TAD with the following settings:
• Game Type: Supremacy 1v1.
• Map: GameReplays chooses the first map of each round and after that the loser of the previous game picks the next map.
• Bracket Type: Single elimination, best of three and the final two rounds will be best of five. No losers brackets.
• Home city level: All
• Civilization: All civilizations are allowed, but you have to use an Asian civilization at least once each round. In the last 2 rounds you have to use an Asian civilization at least twice.
• Other: No special settings. If agreed on, the Free For All button can be checked to make the game unrated.

All games must be recorded and posted by the winner in our tournament replay forum. The game may be restarted in the case of a heavy map screw (see below). If there is a disagreement about a map screw, the opponent can ask for your group moderator to tell whether or not it was a true map screw.
Use of any cheats will result in disqualification from the tournament, a 30% warn, and a 4 week suspension from the GR forum.

What is a Map Screw?
- No starting mine
- No herds on your half. You may NOT resign if the nearest hunt is out of your initial TCs Line of Sight
- No starting TC
- No explorer
- No Settlers
- No Crates or not able to gather some of the crates

Maps:
We choose the map for the first game, in the other games the loser of the previous map has to pick a map out of the standard map pool.
We selected the following maps:

Round 1: Borneo
Round 2: Siberia
Round 3: Mongolia
Round 4: Yellow River
Round 5: Deccan
Round 6: Himalayas
Round 7: Indochina

All rounds are best of three, which means you will have to beat your opponent twice in order to advance to the next round. The final two rounds will be best of five.

Round duration
The first round will start Monday 19 November and ends Sunday 25 November. After that a new round starts every Monday and ends on the Sunday. Around Christmas and New Year the round will be 2 weeks (24 December until 6 January). If you can't play your games in time because of a certain reason you should contact your group moderator before the round starts and it might be possible to arrange something.

Game Winners + Posting Recordings:
The game winner is responsible for posting the recording in the The Asian Dynasties Tournament Replays & Recordings forum. Please post all replays of one round in one Topic. When posting a topic, it is important that you title them like this:
Topic Title: [Round x] Player 1 vs Player 2
Topic Description: Group y
Where x is the round number and y is the group you are in.

By following this the tournament can run smoothly and efficiently.

The group moderator for group A & B is Blue_Gaiden and for group C & D Luigi. You will report to this person if a conflict should arise between you and your current opponent. You can ask this person if the game you played had a map screw worthy of a quick resign. Also will this person update the brackets and keep the forum in a happy condition.
