He he, i used to abuse that to the max when i was demo. Sneaked 2 bikes from there, killed dozer, then folowed with a TT. Was too lame to continiou though.

It actually is not. It should actually be so that you can cross it with any unit, but it is fucked up due to the fact that the map is not made well.
