Game freezes, audio loops, and comes back

Whilst playing CoH, my game will randomly freeze, looping the last sound played (whether it be in-game, music, or Ventrilo), does so for about 10-15 seconds, then comes back and I am able to play (that is, until the error occurs again).

I have read from other forums, such as this one, that people have had a similar problem and are only able to restart their computer to fix it. Mine is similar, however, my game comes back and I am able play / alt-tab out and end the process.

In multiplayer, I believe it comes up on the other player's screen that I'm lagging: I believe this because when it happens continually, I've been kicked from games, displaying that I've lost my lag grace.

And it does happen continually; there's no pattern to it, just happens every few minutes. Sometimes when I load up the game it won't happen at all.

As for attempted solutions, I have:
Un-installed my nVidia drivers
Switched to Omega drivers
Re-installed Realtek HD-Audio drivers
Re-installed CoH + OF, patched

My game runs smoothly. I am certain it is not a heat issue as my CPU and GPU load @ 65C and do not falter.
I have yet to run MemTest, but I don't get BSODs (which has happened to me on previous RAM sets; a good indicator of bad memory, I suppose), so I can somewhat say it may not be memory-related.

My guess is it could be one of the following things:
BIOS (I have not flashed my ASUS P5K-Pro)
Power Supply (I have 450w)

I have re-installed the software as aforementioned. I will provide the respective logs, and am appreciative of any possible solution to my problem, thanks.

Also, there is no error.log in my My Documents\My Games\CoH dir.

my guess would be another process with higher priority is maxing out the cpu. Try and disable your anti virus.

Okay, I've found that my memory freezes (thanks to the LEDs installed on my Crucial BallistX; they light different colors under processes, and stay under one color when "frozen" or not doing anything, I assume) when I am playing CoH for a bit. What does this say / what is my solution?

I have uploaded a picture of the state at which it's frozen.

(87 is GPU load, 35 is CPU load, and 1307 is the bytes of memory loaded)

The static LEDs means that there is no IO (I have the same modules).

What kind of quality is your PSU?
Cheap PSUs tend to be unable to maintain the voltage when they get close to their specified max load.
I would estimate that your system uses >= 300W under load.

I see rivatuner. Did you overclock anything?

What voltage and timings are your RAM set to? My Ballistix sticks get very hot at 2.2V.

I am assuming that you can run other games, btw. Can you?

Yes, I used to play CoH on LAN with this PC about a year ago with no problems. I also played through a ton of other strenuous games; Far Cry, CoD2, CoD4, Far Cry 2, etc. This is the only game giving me problems.

I have a 450w PSU and no overclocking done on anything whatsoever.
