Put on your 3D glasses now. Yes, that's Left 4 Dead. The only difference is that it is displayed in one additional dimension than the retail version of the game.
As is the case with any computer related tinkering, do not attempt this procedure unless you are willing to deal with the possibility of failure, and remember to always back up your original files.
You will have to meet certain requirements in order for this procedure to work. An Nvidia GeForce 8 Series or better is required, as are some related drivers and a registry workaround.
Obviously, 3D glasses are also required, but if you still have your pair from this year's Super Bowl, you are all set. Note that most 3D glasses are based on the red/blue juxtaposition, but the pairs issued for the Super Bowl event used a yellow/blue code instead. Don't worry, the registry workaround includes a fix for this.
If you are stuck with the mere two dimensions that shipped with the product, head over to VGNERD to see the full instructions on how to upgrade your experience.

For those wondering what other gaming pleasures this might open up in three dimensions besides Left 4 Dead, Nvidia offers a full list of supported games.
