Can my graphic card run total war?

i have a laptop, the spec is:
celeron d 1.7ghz
ram 512mb
then the graphic is 256 mb
ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M
i have run it but it is damnly stuck.

tells me about it, im using intell Q9550 core quad with the new graphic card ATI HD 4890 with 1 gb DDR5, still crash due to in sufficient graphic memory.... sigh.... wthhhhhhhhhhhh
