I still don't see a great plan for if the t59 gets a significant amount of mind-stealers or wtf they called, and i don't see vs pro t59 with a teleporting hexapod...
I did not see all games (reload my game each time to watch a replay?) but it seems like these are all first 4-5 minutes of game rushes. It is hard to beat a built up t59 as they are unbalanced IMO.

The answer to both problems is Hammerheads with AP Ammo.

AP Hammerheads (either rifles or nothing in them) pose a serious threat to Cultists and also to Shock Troops as long as they don't clump up. You can send a couple of them into to kill a Prodigy hiding under a Storm Column and even if you lose one, it's worth it. No more teleporting Hexapod.

If the Prodigy is INSIDE the Hexapod, simply EMP it. You'll need at least 3 EMP Grenadier squads, plus something to kill the Swarm before it knifes all your Grenadiers.

Also, as GDI, if they don't rush, push them early/midgame. Mass AP APCs with some Hammerheads and maybe a few Missile Squads beats just about everything T59 has. Bring Shatterers also (keep Cultists off them with Hammers) and T59 loses until they get tier 3. Against fast-techers, I've heard that fast Stratohawks to kill the t3 works pretty well, but I find that hard to do, so I usually push on the ground and force them to defend.

Which is why I said to either put Missile Squads in the APCs or bring Shatterers. Gun Walkers are terrible versus Shatterers. Also, if the T59 player skips on Cultists, charge the Gun Walkers and lay mines in the middle of them.
