This report is valid. Added to the Watchlist.

I was going to set this as not valid, until I saw it was actually the person being reported who said "reporte'd" in the screenshot. Not only is the DC at a suspicious time, but that quote basically tells us that he thought the other person was cheating (at least that's how I see it), and DCed.

The report is valid, but he doesn't have an account on GR, nor he has a very high DC %, so I will not add him to the watchlist.
