Lol i never think about the flood could put out the fire, but know i think about this is quite obvious. water>fire xD but yes also never saw somebody used flood in this way. GJ
tbh when I've used flood in the past I've found that its not really that effective (ever since it was pushed back to lvl 4) and so it won't kill all the units just a few, normally more than enough to kill arwen after that (its also annoying lvling arwen anyway). I also find that flood takes ages to recharge as well.
Nice tip anyway though it shows that Arwen's not quite as useless as some people think
You guys come to expect too much from me. Anyways, since each unit can get hit multiple times, its pretty hard to calculate.
It was quite enlightening - especially the detail of the types of damage dealt. I did have a couple of clarification questions.
The tip said the multiple hits was on units that can't be knocked back. Above (quote) you just said "each unit". So, for ex, may each unit of a warrior battalion receive up to "one" 40 dmg hit, or possibly "multiple" hits?
When used on a battalion it seems to knock/hit most of the battalion, not just 3 units (1/horse). So, is there a rule (or rule of thumb) for how many units each horse can hit? Or is it kind of like a splash-effect (in essence) that allows each horse to get multiple units? Is there a chance for one unit (say cav) to run away while a water-horse is taking out a nearby cav unit?

1. The floodhorse will deal damage multiple times only to objects that cannot be knocked back, like BW, siege units and, structures. I'm somewhat confused myself on this issue . 2. No rule that I can tell besides the radius that you see when selecting it. It can definately be more than three.

Ah Angelsfan I am sorry, I don't remember if I explained something wrong in my PM or if you just misunderstood but either way - cavalry only will take 80 specialist, then everything will take 40 specialist with a 10% scalar vs. structures. So that is 120 total specialist damage vs cavalry rather than 80. I have tweaked that number in the guide!
Awesome Flood screenshot by the way
