That is correct, i think i chipped in on that bit and because of the different magic armor for every heroe as the game progresses i chose just to say "up to" to make it simple and show that he can deal a large chunk of damage.
Though it could be edited to make clearer, thanks for the input.
Personally i go a bit of a different item build, and may be useful if anyone wants to try something different. (btw, i picked this up off the official forums, not mine).
I go: - Marchers - Manatube (optional blink here, if it suits the hero lineup of your team/gold situation) - Steam boots, set to strength for survivability. - Blessed Orb, giving good stat boost even if a little $ - Sheepstick (I personally think this the single most useful major item he can get, it just gives such great mana regen and the disable, followed up by stun, followed up wave and then ult wil massively reduce any carry's chance of beating your carry). - Behemoth's Heart, if the game goes really long or your floating in gold cause you have been KSing.

@ Razor, I've seen Ghost Marchers on Pyromancers, and I had it as an option at beginning, but I took it out because I just don't see it as a useful item on him. Sure the speed boost allows him to harass a bit more and get in/out of battles quicker, but his squishiness really sucks and if you have a Portal Key, you should get some extra tanky items instead of extra speed. Steamboots is the best choice anyway now because it allows him to stack Fervor more.
The point of ghost marchers is positioning, which is very important in top level games. Counter squishiness by building bracers, but the positioning power that ghost marchers gives is just sweet.

I'd lose the Sac Stone recommendation, I have a hard time seeing why you'd ever want to build it, since mana shouldn't be an issue and there are better alternatives for pure tankiness. You might also want to mention that Pyromancer is a perfectly good candidate to build other support items e.g. Astrolabe and Nomes.
