Tired of a weak wireless signal? Your connection dropping too often? Well now you can make your very own RoM Windsurfer for basically the cost of nothing and get rid of your wireless signal woes!!!

RoM Windsurfer:

Step by Step Video for making your RoM Windsurfer:

ok,ok, I know this sounds like an infomercial, but I actually had been experiencing weak (unstable) wireless signals in my new house mostly because my wireless router is located at the back of the house near a wall. So basically half the signal was being broadcasted outside my house and the rest of my house was the other half. So now my RoM Windsurfer directs the signal in one direction, pushing it straight toward the house!!! I'll take some pictures of it when I get home.

Also here is a good link on the subject matter:

Actually,

The real problem is not the distance, but the shitty router provided by Verizon. The Actiontec router notorious for sucking.

Hawk, go buy a better home router and I will give you the step by step of how to maintain On Demand for your TV (which requires the shitty Actiontec router) and have a good router for the computer.

Do a little reading and pick your router:
