For the Saboteur, the Cybernetic Legs upgrade has the Tiberium Infusion icon instead of the Cybernetic Legs one.
I'm pretty sure Black Hand don't get veteran Rocket Militia or Confessor Cabals when they're trained. MoK don't get Flame Tanks. There is no icon for the Mantis. Enlightened can be trained once the Secret Shrine is up - not the Tech Lab. I don't think Nod get veteran Black Hand squads. I don't think Black Hand get veteran Fanatics. (This is all from the unit tree)
And would it be worth mentioning the Cyborg EMP bug?

The unit tree is known to be outdated and there's not really any fixing it at this point as its creator is long gone.
