ok for now I'm gonna explain what happen in the game
its was nooby looong game
let's start with mick player :





In the first two pictures you can that he already used his carpet bomber and was your dozer
so there is no lock under fog here


about the second dozer :
also he didn't locked under fog see the pictures



he just move near to the dozer then attacked it
